Refund Eligibility

Time Frame: You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at tidebotanical@gmail.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping cost
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund
