Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside of these days will be processed on the next eligible shipping day.

United States Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: On orders over $100 within the mainland/continental U.S.

Order Processing Time

• Our current processing time is up to 14 business days, not including Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

• Fruit-Flavored Sea Moss Gels: Shipped via UPS 2-Day Air (after processing) to ensure freshness.

Returns & Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for safety reasons, all sales are final.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit (e.g., spillage, broken seal), please email us at tidebotanical@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
