Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Perishable goods (including food-grade sea moss products)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Email us at info@tidebotanical.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Rejection: If not approved, we will notify you with an explanation.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account or card statement.
Contact your card provider or bank—processing times vary.
If you’ve done this and still don’t see your refund, email us at info@tidebotanical.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at info@tidebotanical.com.
If you receive the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label, and once your return is in transit, we’ll ship the correct or replacement product at no cost.
We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@tidebotanical.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery following the return process above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
