Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the courier’s system.

We want you to love your order. If not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be:
Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Perishable or opened items (such as sea moss gels) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
To request a return, email info@tidebotanical.com. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
If you receive the wrong or a defective product:
Contact us at info@tidebotanical.com with photos.
Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label.
As soon as tracking is active, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved, we’ll process a free exchange for the same product. Contact info@tidebotanical.com.
Orders are often processed quickly. If you wish to cancel, email info@tidebotanical.com immediately.
Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
